Target Population: Partners for Youth Outreach Program
North East Edmonton youth who are not attending regular schools
Youth who have had difficulty being successful in regular schools and are at risk of leaving school
Youth with challenges in their family lives
Youth who have not been well represented by other institutions
Youth who have had involvement with the justice/social services system Youth who may have emotional or health issues that prevent them from attending regular schools
Youth who want to return to school and are looking for a fresh start
